RocketPlay KYC Verification
KYC means “Know Your Customer”. The review is intended to confirm identity, legal age, address and, where applicable, source of funds and ownership of a payment method. RocketPlay may request documents at registration, before a withdrawal or as part of a later security review.
Which documents may be requested?
| Purpose | Suitable evidence | Important details |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, identity card or driving licence | valid, fully visible, sharp and in colour |
| Address | Utility bill, bank statement or official letter | name and address visible; no more than 90 days old |
| Payment method | E-wallet account screenshot, bank statement or card image | account holder must be identifiable |
| Bank card | Front and back | show only the first six and last four digits; cover the CVV |
| Additional review | Selfie, video call or source-of-funds evidence | submit only when specifically requested |
Do not edit images beyond the permitted masking of sensitive card details. Cropped edges, reflections, low-resolution screenshots and mismatched names commonly lead to follow-up questions.
The process in five steps
- Open your profile or follow the verification prompt in the account.
- Read carefully which document and which side of it is requested.
- Photograph or scan the original in even lighting.
- Upload the file only through the designated secure channel.
- Check your account and messages for follow-up questions.
RocketPlay does not publish a fixed processing period for the KYC review. If RocketPlay contacts you in connection with a withdrawal, the terms say that requested documents must be provided within two weeks. If a file is missing or unreadable, the substantive review may begin only after it is supplied.
Understanding the published timeframes
| Stage | Published information | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Submission after a withdrawal query | within two weeks | a player deadline, not the review team’s processing time |
| KYC review | no fixed duration published | depends on completeness and possible follow-up questions |
| Waiting period | not separately quantified | withdrawal may wait until the review is complete |
| Internal withdrawal approval | up to 24 hours | does not necessarily begin before KYC is complete |
| Payment provider | e-wallet: up to another 24 hours; bank: 3–7 business days | after internal approval, method-dependent |
These stages must not be added together into a guaranteed overall duration. Weekends, a renewed document request or source-of-funds checks can change the process.
KYC and withdrawals
A requested withdrawal may be suspended until the review is completed successfully. In addition, a withdrawal must generally go to an eligible payment method belonging to you. The usual approval and processing times for payment providers do not therefore necessarily start when you first click “Withdraw”. Published timeframes and limits are listed under deposits and withdrawals.
Never submit identity documents through public comments or unverified social-media accounts. If anything is unclear, use the 24/7 live chat available in the signed-in area. RocketPlay’s description of personal data appears in the privacy policy.
What if there is another request?
Compare the new message with the first request: commonly the reverse side is missing, an edge has been cropped, or the proof of address is too old. Do not upload additional documents indiscriminately; instead, clarify in live chat which specific information is still needed. Keep the case reference if you later need the complaints route.
