RocketPlay Missions

Missions are account-based tasks with a defined objective and a possible reward. They may appear only for selected players, games, sports markets or periods. The mission centre in the signed-in account shows what is currently available.

Check the task and reward

Before starting, read the objective, validity period, minimum conditions, excluded activity and type of reward. Check whether the mission must first be activated. Where there are several stages, it is also important to know whether they must be completed in a fixed order.

Progress can appear with a delay. If qualifying activity is not recorded, take a screenshot of the mission view and note the game or bet slip and the time. Live chat can examine the case against the account.

If progress is missing

First refresh the mission view and compare the activity with the excluded games or markets. If a task was activated only after the stake, the earlier round may not count. If the display remains unchanged, give support the mission name, time and round or bet-slip ID.

A mission is not a reason to exceed your own spending or time limit. A reward can have its own wagering and expiry rules; the details are in the mission and the bonus terms.

Missions and tournaments are separate formats: a mission tracks personal task progress, while a tournament compares participants on a leaderboard.
